A late summer series of dinners, each taking place at 6:30 p.m. (dinner served at 7 p.m.) on 8/25, 9/8, 9/15, 9/22 and 9/29 at the Good Luck Chef's Table.
One of the late summer season's most celebrated productions, nothing inspires our kitchen more than the spectacular possibilities of the tomato. The Finger Lakes terroir and local talents of farmers – from Firefly, Full Moon and Squash Blossom – will meet the appreciation and expertise of Chef Dan Martello and team to cook a five-part series of five-course tomato-forward dinners at our Chef's Table. The Good Luck kitchen will showcase their love for these nightshades and their versatility in dishes savory and sweet, co-starring alongside veggies, pastas and proteins in styles rooted in multiple cultures and countries of origin. Menus will be unique to each night, written by Chef to best complement the qualities of a particular harvest's produce. Exceptional wines will be chosen and paired to complement each course.
Ticket price includes five-course dinner, wine pairings, hospitality and tax.
