An autumn series of dinners, each taking place at 6:30 p.m. (dinner served at 7 p.m.) on 11/17 and 11/24 at the Good Luck Chef's Table.
These funky fruits arrive just as the chill squashes the last tendrils of summer's afterglow. The Finger Lakes terroir and local talents of farmers – from Firefly, Full Moon and Squash Blossom - produce some of the most gorgeous gourds available anywhere, the culinary versatility of which Chef Dan Martello and team will display by crafting these local cucurbitas into a myriad of preparations. Co-starring alongside veggies, pastas and proteins in styles rooted in multiple cultures and countries of origin, menus featuring squash and her cousins will be unique to each night, written by Chef to best complement the qualities of a particular harvest's produce. Exceptional wines will be chosen and paired to complement each course.
Ticket price includes five-course dinner, wine pairings, hospitality and tax.
