A mid-winter series of dinners, each taking place at 6:30 p.m. (dinner served at 7 p.m.) on Saturday, January 12 and Saturday, January 19 at the Good Luck Chef's Table.
This one is about what we can do with noodles when we use our noodles. A special menu of house made pasta dishes will be assembled, served across 5-courses in a tasting that will demonstrate both traditional and inventive techniques. The wondrous alchemy of flour, water and (sometimes) egg will showcase the appreciation and expertise of Chef Dan Martello and team in their creation of dishes of all shapes, rooted in multiple styles, cultures and countries of origin. Menus will be unique to each night, written by Chef to best complement the qualities of a particular week's produce. Exceptional, eclectic wines will be chosen and paired to complement each course.
Ticket price includes five-course dinner, wine pairings, hospitality and tax.
