Strength, freshness and precision – three words that define the unique style of Jean-Marc Brocard and each of their appellations of Chablis. On July 18th, a dinner exploring the nuances of this Burgundy style will be presented by our very own sommelier JJ Cutaia, paired with the culinary prowess of Chef Dan Martello and team. Four courses from the Good Luck kitchen will accompany viticulture that draws its complexity and signature minerality from soils originating in ancient eras of life.
