For this dinner, we'll complement the floral and fierce elegance of Glenmorangie Single Malt Highland Scotches with four courses of craftsmanship from the Good Luck kitchen. Seasonal preparations will allow Chef Martello and crew to tune cuisine to the intricate nuances of the full range of the Glenmorangie expressions.

Glenmorangie has long been known for its expertise in wood. Thirty years ago, their whisky creators pioneered the art of extra-maturation, transferring spirit first matured in ex-bourbon casks, into ex-wine casks, so that it could gain further layers of flavour. Expect to experience selections from the Glenmorangie songbook including 10 year, Lasanta, Quinta Ruban and Nectar d'Or.
