6:30 PM on Thursday, April 12th (dinner will be served at 7:00) in the Good Luck Private Dining Room.

This wine dinner will give participants an opportunity to evaluate Riesling and Pinot Noir from the Finger Lakes (Forge Cellars) against wines from the Rhône Valley (Château St–Cosme). Discussion shall be led between each course from Winebow and Richard Rainey (Forge Partner) about the special link between these two renowned wineries and two world famous wine regions.

Taste, compare and contrast 8 wines paired with 4 courses of Good Luck cuisine, including dessert. Chef Martello and team are engineering a menu to complement both the similarities and nuances of these spectacular pours.

Forge Cellars is an artisanal producer focusing entirely on Riesling and Pinot Noir, founded by three like-minded and passionate friends– French Winemaker-Grower, Louis Barruol of Château de Saint Cosme in Gigondas, and Finger Lakes partners Richard Rainey (Vineyards, General Manager) and Justin Boyette (Winemaker). In the heart of the appellation Gigondas, the Château de Saint Cosme is a historical estate, family-owned by 14 generations of vignerons since 1490.
